Thank you for shopping at Mirovia Store!
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must include proof of purchase (e.g. order number).

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are non-refundable.

Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you will be refunded via store credit.
Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to consumer reasons (e.g. you no longer want the item), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The actual fee depends on the courier you choose.

If the return is due to our fault (e.g. wrong item, defective or damaged item), you are not required to pay for the return shipping.

How to Return
To ensure smooth processing of your return:

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 days, only if it has not been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please wait for delivery and request a return.

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
